Why do rosters need to be turned into IGSS.org?
IGSS.org is the site that does the statistics for the state.  IGSS.org also insures that all participants meet the qualifying scores for the state meets.  If the roster is not turned into IGSS.org, we do not have the information required to determine if the gymnasts scores meet the requirements for the state meet.

If a gymnast is not on a roster, or if the roster in incorrect, the gymnasts is in risk of not being accepted at a state meet.  It is the gym's and coach's responsibility to ensure that the rosters at the IGSS.org site is accurate and up to date.

Why is it important to keep the rosters up to date?
Because the state meets have qualifying scores based on age groups and levels it is important that the level for each gymnast be correct.  If a gymnasts is in an incorrect level, the gymnasts is in risk of not being accepted at a state meet.

It is the gym's and coach's responsibility to ensure that the rosters at the IGSS.org site is accurate and up to date.

Why does it take so long to post some meet results?
Why are some meet results missing?
The result of meets are to be turned in to IGSS.org 48 hours or sooner after the meet.  When the results are received by IGSS.org they are reviewed and then processed into the statistics database usually within 24 hours of receiving the results.  The most common reason that results are not posted is because they are not received by IGSS.org.  Sometimes the results do not have the correct information and are returned to the hosting club for correction.

It is the host clubs responsibility to ensure that each gymnasts has the correct USAG number and that the results are submitted to IGSS.org within 48 hours of the meets conclusion and in the proper format.

Why are some gymnasts not showing on the results pages?
The results page depend on USAG numbers to match the results with the gymnasts.  When there is a gymnast not showing on a results page usually the reason is either a USAG Number is missing or the number is incorrect.

It is the host clubs responsibility to ensure that each gymnasts has the correct USAG number and that the results are submitted to IGSS.org within 48 hours of the meets conclusion and in the proper format.

Why is my gymnasts age wrong?
Typically this happens because we have an incorrect birth date for the gymnast.
